How to check what type of broadband connection you are currently using

You can call the service center and provide the name on your account, and the representative will be able to help you.

No Internet Connection

  • When your service is not working, make sure your equipment is plugged in and there is power going to the modem and router. Once you have confirmed there is power to your internet equipment, check your desktop or laptop computer to make sure it is also working.
  • Once you have confirmed all your equipment and attachments are plugged in correctly and receiving power, proceed with calling the service center by dialing *611 or 699-2759 from your landline phone.
  • Have a copy of your last bill statement to help reference your account if available.
