Position: Retail Sales Casual (Seasonal)
Location: Nu’uuli, American Samoa
Hours: Part-Time / Casual (20 hours per week; subject to increase based on events or
operational needs)
Position Summary

This is a seasonal/casual position requiring approximately 20 hours per week, with the
flexibility to work additional hours depending on upcoming company events,
roadshows, or operational demands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer
service, selling Bluesky products and services, operating in a highly professional
manner, and actively engaging customers at various roadshows, company sales events
throughout American Samoa, and occasionally in-store.

Major Responsibilities
 Customer Excellence: Provide exceptional, welcoming customer service to all
visitors and patrons.
 Drive Sales: Proactively develop sales by providing tailored options for the
customer, overcoming objections, and striving to meet individual and roadshow
sales targets.
 Product Promotion: Responsibly sell and upsell Bluesky products and services,
including the cross-selling of integrated and non-integrated solutions.
 Problem Resolution: Respond to and resolve billing or sales inquiries efficiently
and effectively while strictly adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
Education & Experience Requirements
 Education/Experience: Associate degree, OR a minimum of a High School
Diploma paired with 2+ years of experience in customer service or retail sales.
 Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both
English and Samoan.
 Flexibility: Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate event-driven or
operational hours.
 Teamwork, team player with a vibrant, great personality.
 Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
 Prior knowledge of telecommunications products and services is a major plus.
