Bluesky collaborates with Empowering Pacific Island Communities (EPIC) to offer online workforce training for its staff. Through EPIC’s SMART Education Exchange (SEE) Pacific Islands Project, the training initiative centers on professional growth through digital learning.

The SEE training platform serves as an additional training resource for Bluesky’s staff professional development. By embracing digital learning, we are bridging the skills gap to build a more resilient local workforce.
