BLUESKY CELEBRATES CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK!

As anyone would know, Bluesky strives to be a “Customers first” company; and to honor this ever more, annually we always wait anxiously for Customer Service Week!

According to cscweek.com, “Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis. CSWeek.com has everything you need to celebrate including decorations, gifts, rewards, ready to use activities, ideas and inspiration, and so much more.

Additionally, Since the start of the pandemic, service providers have poured their time, energy, and compassion into the work of serving customers, often without recognition. During Customer Service Week your organization can celebrate the individuals and teams that are doing this demanding work, and inspire others to do the same.

It’s the perfect time to:

  • Boost morale, motivation, and teamwork.
  • Reward frontline reps for the important work they do all year long.
  • Raise companywide awareness of the importance of customer service.
  • Thank other departments for their support.
  • Remind customers of your commitment to customer satisfaction.”

Bluesky hosted games throughout the week, and competitions, each department dedicated as its own team. It was a great week with fun celebrations, games, and ALOT of food!
