As long as they have sufficient eCharge, their bundle will automatically renew upon expiration, ensuring uninterrupted access to voice, SMS, and data allotments. This eliminates the hassle of manual repurchasing.

Simply Dial *888# on your Bluesky Handset > Select Option 3 for “Data option” > Select Option 4 for “Auto Renewal Bundles” > Select your Desire Prepaid Subscription > ENJOY! 

To opt-out of the Auto Renewal feature, customers can call 611 for assistance from our Customer Service Representatives, or visit any of our Retail Outlets (Retail Store, Kiosk, or Fomu Van) where our Retail Sales and Service Representatives can assist them.
